Chrome extension · Before RFIs / production / document turnover · Add to Chrome

Chrome extension · Free beta · Scout 1.0

Draft with AI. Check cites in Chrome. Do it before RFI answers, production, or document turnover.

Courts and opposing counsel do not care that “the model wrote it.” If a fabricated cite lands in a request for production, request for information, discovery response, or filing, you own the risk. CiteSafe is the 30 second gate in Chrome so you catch fakes while you can still fix them.

Sanctions risk is real

Lawyers have been sanctioned for filing AI invented cases. Same problem shows up in discovery drafting: requests for production, requests for information, privilege logs, meet and confer letters, motion practice. Run CiteSafe before you turn anything over.

RFI / RFP responses

Paste the draft answer set. Flag bad cites before opposing counsel sees them.

Document production

Check cover letters, indices, and narrative production responses.

AI assisted drafting

Whatever wrote the text, CiteSafe is the independent check after.

How attorneys use it day to day

  1. 1. Draft · Write in Word, Google Docs, email, or any AI tool.
  2. 2. Check in Chrome · Paste into CiteSafe, or highlight text → right click → CiteSafe.
  3. 3. Read statuses · Verified · Needs Review · Could Not Verify
  4. 4. Fix, then produce · Kill fake cites. Then turn over the documents or serve the response.

Scout 1.0 Beta

Not legal advice. Not a substitute for Westlaw, Lexis, or professional judgment. Scout 1.0 Beta uses extraction, a known authority corpus, and fabrication heuristics. Confirm critical authorities on primary sources before filing or production. CiteSafe is not affiliated with Google. Chrome Web Store listing planned after Google review — load unpacked works today.
